She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Lewis and Ethel Anderson Lewis; and her siblings, Lois Irene Lewis, Ruth McNelley and James "Leo" Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Alan F. Werner; her siblings, Hazel Marie Feathers and Earl "Tommy" Lewis (Patricia); her grandchildren, Lauren Marie Fisher (Matt), Mitch and Carter Casto; her great grandchildren, Henry, Archie and Ronin Fisher; and her friend Betty Hoover. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and family.
