He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge B Gilley Sr. and Linnie Gilley; his brother Talmadge B Gilley Jr. of Rockvale, TN; and his brother-in-law Don Tenpenny of Murfreesboro, TN.. He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine Powers (Vaughn) of Lascassas, TN, Delorice Tenpenny of Murfreesboro, TN and Orville Gilley (Brenda) of Springfield, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Middle Tn State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
