He is survived by: his wife Linda Duke; his children, Brian Duke of Murfreesboro, Kyle Duke (Deanna) of Murfreesboro, Adam Duke (Ginger) of Rockvale, Julie Dance (John) of Port St and Patrick Hale (Danielle) of Christiana, TN; and his sisters, Susan Potts (John) of Smyrna, Liz Krueger (TC) of Nashville and Treva Travis (Nolan) of Woodbury. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
