He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lee and Lorraine Perry; and his siblings, Joe Perry, Cecil Lee Perry, Jerry Perry and Linda Warnet.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Perry; his children, Steven Perry, Jr. (Elizabeth), Christine Arriola (Alfredo), Jennifer Held (William) and Stephanie Johnson (Ray); his grandchildren, Jonathan Perry, Rebecca Held, Alexander Arriola, Ruby Perry, Sophia Perry, Steven Perry, III and Jaycee Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Ariella Perry.
A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home (5350 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
