She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert "Jimmy" Cude and Maudie Elizabeth Culberson Cude; her husband Dick Meadow; her siblings, Mary Virginia Gibson and William "Billy" Cude; and her son William James "Jim" Meadow.
She is survived by: her son Steve; her sisters, Janice Galbraith and Betty Caldwell; her children, Suzanne Shearer (Gary), Stephen Meadow (Kathie), Emily Frye (Ashley) and Chad Meadow (Marilyn); and her grandchildren, Jason Meadow (Rachel), Amanda Kraeger (Shane), Stephanie Morgan (Jody), Joel Frye (Kate), Joshua Meadow (Christina), Jamie Sue King (Carl), Krista Meadow, Megan Bellanti (Michael), Thomas R. Meadow, III, Sue, Bryson, Gracie, Kinsley, Elijah, Barrett Meadow, Faith, Hope Kraeger, Vivienne Frye, Gwen Wilhelm (Joel), Tyler, Audrey Orzech, Emily Sue, Raymond and Macy McKinley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
