She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Maltby and Doris Maltby (Shutts); her siblings, Jerry Maltby, Ronald Jack Maltby, Carol Meador (Maltby) and Norma Lybarger (Maltby); her grandson Brian Christian Frank; and her daughter-in-law Paula Frank (Springer).
She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Frank; her children, Charles C. Frank, Jeffrey Frank (Becki) and Anna Auer (Ken); her grandchildren, Charles A. Frank, Asher Frank and Megan Frank; her sister Peggy Foust (Victor); and her siblings-in-law, Wanda Maltby and Terry Lybarger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
