It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Tate of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tate and Kathleen Tate; his wife Linda Gayle Tate of Lakeland, FL.; his son Allen Blake; and his brother Stacey Tate.
He is survived by: his children, David Blake (Cecilia Blake) and Karen Holbert (Greg Holbert); his sister Sandra Lovell (Valerie Tate); his sister-in-law Valerie Tate (Sandra Lovell); his brothers, Michael Tate (Julia Tate), Jeffrey Tate (Cheryl Tate) and Bryan Tate (Pam Tate); his grandchildren, Chasity Cherry, Skyler Holbert, David Blake Jr., Kristy Giblin, Megan Brady and Derrick Blake; and his great grandchildren, Makayla Giblin, John Giblin, Mya Cherry, Tamia Cherry, Tristen Brady, Kaleb Giblin, Elli Holbert, Hayden Blake, Hollis Blake, Hailee Holbert, Lily Giblin and Ryder Blake.
