He is survived by: his wife Lisa Johnson Thomas; his children, Jonathan Thomas of Hattiesburg, MS and Alyssa Thomas Brown (Taylor) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandson Derek Brown of Murfreesboro, TN; his parents, Gayson Thomas and Marie Slaven Thomas; his sisters, Patty Boyatt (Ralph) of Oneida, TN and Fannie Burke (Dale) of Oneida, TN; his friends, Charlie Koger, Donnie Tyree, Robert Raines, Tommy Hewitt, George Thuesen, Dave Stutsman, David Ballard and Tony Dolan; and his pet Luke.
