We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, at the age of 31, Trevor William Hornsby of Murfreesboro, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Brad Hornsby and Karen Hornsby; his wife Taylor Adams Hornsby; his sons, Liam and Brooks; his siblings, Aubrey Pithwa (Neal), Allyson Hornsby, Austin Hornsby and Steve Carstensen of Hamburg; and his grandmother Bettye Hurt.

The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to the Trevor Hornsby Memorial Scholarship Fund at Pinnacle Bank.
