She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Smith and Loudelia Blankenship; her husband Charles "Frank" F. Travis Jr.; her sisters, Margaret Brandon and Rebecca "Becky" Davis; and her stepmother Sara Newman Smith.
She is survived by: her son Charles F. Travis III (Angela); and her grandsons, Charles F. Travis IV and Daniel B. Travis.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Woodfin Memorial Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials to be made to Alive Hospice or Mt. Tabor Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
