With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Webster Wood Pickard Jr. (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Wood Pickard Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Pylant Pickard; and his brother Randall Pylant Pickard. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Glenn Pickard (Faye) of Cataula, Georgia and Anne Elizabeth Pickard Avila (Mario) of Boca Raton, Florida.; his wife Gwendolyn Thurman Pickard of Nashville; his children, John Webster Pickard (Lisa) of Smyrna, Tennessee and Elizabeth Pickard Shoemaker (David) of Germantown, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Keith Pickard (Anna), Kayla Pickard Houston (Joshua), Grant Pickard, Joshua Shoemaker (Marissa), Catie Shoemaker Jackson (Koby), Anna Shoemaker, Luke Shoemaker, Samuel Shoemaker and Eli Shoemaker; and his great grandchildren, Gretchen Sophia Shoemaker and Paul Titus Pickard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro and LaVergne Church of Christ.
