He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Wendell Meeks and Barbara Meeks. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Meeks (Regina), Kevin Meeks (Janet) and Allen Meeks (Krista). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
