He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Tuttle and Amanda Tuttle; his wife Robbie Sue; and his siblings, Ann Dye, Leola Lebold, Kay Arthur and John Tuttle.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Tuttle, Michele Tuttle and Shannon Tuttle.
