He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Steele, Sr. and Juanita Duncan Lawrence; his daughter Manita Bennett; and his great grandchild Darren Cook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Goodson Steele; his daughters, Rhonda Cook and Angela Harden (Rich Katchur); his grandchildren, William Bradley Allen, Nikki Bennett, Daniel Harden (Ashtyn) and Ashley Cook; his great grandchildren, Trent Allen, Kamryn Harden, Clayton Harden, Camden Baty and Kadence Baty; and his pet Pixie.
Memorial donations may be made to Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
