She was predeceased by: her husband Edward E. Smotherman; her parents, Frank Edward and Hester Lee Campbell Warren; and her brothers, Paul Warren, Jack Warren and Donald Warren.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edwana Avaritt and R. D. Warren (Cheryl); and her daughters, Linda Smotherman of Murfreesboro, Pam Lewis (Darryl) of Murfreesboro and Susan Gammon (Jerry) of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
