He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonnie Sudduth and Adrian Woods; and his brother Marvin Woods. He is survived by: his wife Linda Woods; his children, Hayden Woods (Nicole) and Elizabeth Marshwood (Nathan); his grandson Ashton; and his siblings, Rodney Woods (Estella), Adrienne Lovell (Steve) and Bryan Woods. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Acklen Avenue Church of Christ (900 Acklen Ave, Nashville, TN 37203).
