She is survived by: her husband Carl; her sons, Robert Gray (Emily) of Nashville, TN and Timothy Gray of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Chris Armstrong of Nashville, TN and Michael Armstrong of Atlanta, Georgia.; her sister Eva Jane of Franklin, TN; her stepsister Patricia Kato; and her aunt Eunice Frierson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Addie's name to the American Cancer Society so that one day perhaps we can find a cure.
