She was predeceased by: her mother Rosa Lee; her children, Bobby, Ramona and Lywanis; and her siblings, Gloria and Clarence Herbert.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Carla Hamlett, Broderick "Ricky" Hamlett, Gerald Valerie Hamlett, Geoffrey "Patty" Hamlett (Sandra), Jackie and Trevicca; her friend Carrie Washington; and her brother Willie Gloria Brewington.
