She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Spivey; her sibling's children, Pat Knowles, Nancy Meadows, Glenda Hammock, Keith Spivey, Larry Meadows and James Spivey; and her close friends, Peggy Tackett and Deborah Fixel.
