She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Mae Massengill (Taylor) and Fremon W. Hayworth, Jr.; her stepfather Carter L. Massengill; and her sister Martha Massengill. She is survived by: her husband Augustus Woods; her sons, Steven Anthony and Michael Anthony (Kim); and her siblings, James Massengill (Angela), Threasa L. Dunson, Freda L. Davis, Sheila K. Harris, Fremon W. Hayworth III, Aretha Jones and Frances Bass. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Watson Funeral Home & Memorial Park (405 Sharp Springs Rd, Winchester, TN 37398). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Winchester City Cemetery South Shepard.
