Anthony Meluch Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 62, Anthony Meluch in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Dr. Ralph E. Meluch. He is survived by : his wife Faye Meluch; his sons, Christopher and Chase; his mother Kathleen Meluch; and his siblings, Mark Meluch, Maribeth Meluch (Jud), Julie Sparks (Allen), Jacque Deranek (Dave) and Kris Madrid (Tom).

In lieu of flowers, his family requests contributions to St. Henry's Prayer Garden and Courtyard in honor of Tony's memory.
