She was predeceased by: her parents, Leldon Junior and Vickie Diana Partain Steele. She is survived by: her fiancé Christopher Lawson; her son Phillip Steele (Samantha); her siblings, Terry Mears (Dana Blackman), Tammy Loyd (Christopher) and Rhonda Weaver; her grandson Huxley; and her close friend Mary Peoples.
