He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin W. Ogleton, Jr. and Emma Smith Ogleton; and his brother Reverend Dwight C. Ogleton. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ogleton and Benjamin M. Ogleton (Siray); the parent of his children Allison Scott; his grandchildren, Tyler Ogleton, Malik Murray, Olivia, Benjamin III and Georgiana Ogleton; his siblings, Lizzettar Lewis (Julian), Gina Ogleton, Deborah White, Narkita Rhodes, Sr. (Reginald) and Kevin Ogleton, Sr. (Kimberly); his sister-in-law Beatrice Ogleton; his friend Hillary Parks; Jamal Chambers. He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Chapel (706 Monroe St, Nashville, TN 37208). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
