He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Palmer and Christine Williams Palmer; his wife Cynthia; his children, Paul Palmer (Niki), Shannon Bost (Don), Lily Palmer, Nick Palmer (Ellie) and Cynthia; his grandchildren, Travis Lahr (Madison), Emil Palmer, Lindsey Palmer and Birdie Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Kaison Lahr and Addie Kate Lahr.
