It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Dortch (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Graham Mercer and Lillie Eudora Hill Mercer; her former husband Orville Donald Thomas; her husband Johnny Dortch; her brother Wiley Emery Mercer; and her grandson Daniel Thomas Olive.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Tess" Thomas, Ginger Gebhardt (Chuck), Dennis Richardson and Gene Richardson; and her grandchildren, Cory Walters (Stephanie) and Adryan Hawk. She is also survived by grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
