She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and June Winter Miller; and her brother Ward Winter Miller (Nina) of Lagrangeville. She is survived by: her children, Starr Elizabeth Ramsey Helms (Bill) of Athens, Georgia, James Graves Ramsey (Jan) of Nashville, Lee Winter Ramsey of Nashville and Sarah "Sally" Walden Ramsey Stillings (Jeff) of Richardson, Texas.. She is also survived by six grandchildren: five great-grandchildren: and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews.
