She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Collins and Kate Carmon Cassetty Collins; her husband Bobby D Wells; her granddaughter Hillary Hadley; her great grandchild Penelope Tomlin; and her brothers, Richard Collins and Roy Wiljanen.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hadley (Maxie), Terry Proffitt (Diana), Malinda Lockhart, Daniel Wells (Kearzell) and Laura Lee Hale (David); and her siblings, Kenneth Collins (Joe Ann), Bobby Collins (Brenda) and Vicky Ward. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
