He is survived by: his daughters, Madison and Grace Harris; his parents, Karen Harris and Tom Harris; his sister Molli Wey (Jon); his sibling's children, Maggie Wey and Jack Wey; his grandfather Leland Holtz; and his aunts and uncles, Jeffrey, Gina Holtz and Drs.
In lieu of flowers a fund has been set up at Heartland Bank and Trust for his girls Madison and Grace (checks should say "For the benefit of Blake Harris") or donations may be made to Central Catholic High School (please include "Blake Harris Memorial" in the memo line.).
