She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Gladys Jennings Vaughn and Robert Tolliver, Sr.; her children, Constance D. Shelton, Bobby W. Shelton, Sheryl Sykes-Shelton, Deborah Howard Mance (Gary) of Richmond, VA, Zina Howard of Columbia, MD and Carolyn Jackson Gardner; her grandchildren, Kevin Sykes, Jr., Patrick Shelton, Kenneth Sykes, Ashely Mitchell, Sydney Mance of Brooklyn, NY and Tolliver Mance (Washington, DC); her great grandchildren, Zion Sykes and Karsten Sykes; and her siblings, Linda Jennings, Barbara Ann Harrison, Ewell Jennings, Minister Tony Jennings and Charles Tolliver. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
