He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Dennis and Martha Carter Dennis; and his brothers, Jay and Michael Dennis. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Nicole Dennis; and his friends, Blake Propst and Jimmy Salmon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
