She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Moore, Sr.; her siblings, Debra Kelley and Frederick Moore; and her siblings-in-law, Eloise Banks and Thomas Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Smith; her grandchildren, Caliegh Michael Asante'Smith, Marley Smith, Riley Smith and Kiley Smith; her mother Catherine Ramey Moore; her brother Forrest Moore, III; and her siblings-in-law, Roderick Kelley, Tyrone Smith (Helen) and Beverly Wade (Bill). She is also survived by other relatives, friends, and loving sorority sisters.
Her contributions to the community extended beyond her immediate family, as she was a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Inc. Alumna Chapter and served as an Ambassador for Eczema Exposed, as well as being involved with Mes Amie Civic and Social Club.
