Carl Mitchell Obituary

We bid farewell to Carl Mitchell (Nashville, Tennessee), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 90. Carl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his son Scott Presley Mitchell; and his parents, Clyde "Musty" Mitchell and Aileen Presley Mitchell Claypool. He is survived by: his children, Steve and Kristin of Nashville; his sisters, Carol Aileen Rehder of Nashville and Barbara Jean Anthony of Alexandria, LA.; his grandchildren, King Henderson and Cooper Viars; and his cousins, Sam Mitchell, John Mitchell and Mary Jo Presley Adkins.

A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210).
