She is survived by: her mother Pearlie Mai Hammonds; her children, Annette Butler (Jerome), Michael Blivens (Resha) and Stacy Blivens; her grandchildren, Chace Whitaker (Michaela), Devin Whitaker, Enya Triolo, Cameron Blivens, Eric Triolo and Christian Blivens; her great grandchildren, Jayla Whitaker and Desmond Nance Jr.; and her sisters, Brendolyn Hunt (John), Teresa Blivens and Jessica Green (Robert).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory (2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (1112 Jefferson St, Nashville, TN 37208). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
