She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford June Meeks and Dorothy Jeanette Batson Meeks. She is survived by: her husband Ray Phelps; her sons, Kevin Phelps (LaNora) of Murfreesboro and Jason Phelps (Amy) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Stella, Ashlyn and Sidda Phelps.
