He is survived by: his siblings, Joe, Carl, Thomas, David, Marjorie, Velma and Elizabeth; his in-laws, James, Robert, Wendell and Jerry Waller; his stepbrothers, Kenneth and Robert L. Buckner; his siblings, Oren Lester Vaughn and Virginia Ruth; his sons, Chester Jr., Dan and Tim; his stepson Richard Judd; his daughter Lorie Lee; his daughter-in-law Melissa Renee; his in-laws, Randy and Vickie Waller; and his grandchildren, Megan, Kelsey, Shelby, Stephanie, Samantha, Alex, Ethan and Mitchell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Anderson and Garrett Funeral Home (3501 Old Clarksville Pike, Joelton, TN 37080). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
