She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Dallas Hundley, Sr. and Lillie Snead Hundley; her aunt Nellie Snead Watts; and her siblings, Kathleen Snead Hundley Brandon, Taylor Dallas Hudley, Jr., Floyd Byrd Hundley, Roger Earl Hundley, Peggy Ann Hundley Henderson and Franklin Delano Hundley.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Tracy Barton (Greg), Tom Herbert (Amy) and Katherine Thompson (Casey); her grandchildren, Frances Wilson (Rob), Clay Barton, Allie Swayze (Cole), Emily Palmerton (Walker) and Abby Grace Herbert; her stepgrandchildren, Abby Thompson, Will Thompson and Harris Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Wells Wilson and Miriam Wilson.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hancock Room at Richland Country Club, Nashville (1 Club Dr, Nashville, TN 37215).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts may be made to Nashville Humane Society, Tunnels to Towers, or a hospice organization or church of your choice, in honor of Dana's life of faith, service, and love.
