He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Young and Virginia Young; and his sister Jennifer Young. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia and Amy; his grandchildren, Abram, Evan and Ginny; and his brother Kenny Young. He is also survived by several other siblings; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home (3501 Old Clarksville Pike Rear Office, Joelton, TN 37080). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (5110 Gallatin Pike S, Nashville, TN 37216).
