He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Melanie Cohen; his brother-in-law Steven Sloan (Lori); his nephew Kolton Jessie; his extended family, Sheryl Daitz, Susan Levy, Mila Milo, Matthew Meisels and Sandi Gordon; and his friend Connie Burns.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Temple Cemetery (2113 15th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208).
