She was predeceased by: her daughter Melinda Martin. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Jacobs; her sons, Timmy, Jonathan and Kendrick Jacobs; her grandson Joshua Jacobs; her sisters, Amy Mitchell (Lonny) and Melanie Grier; and her father Allen Skaggs. She is also survived by her husband and other family members.
