She was predeceased by: her husband Milton E. Scott. She is survived by: her children, Randy Scott, Debbie Cornwell (Ronnie) and Mike Scott (Becky); her grandchildren, Chris Cornwell (Nancy), Bryan Cornwell (Savannah), Samantha Carpenter (Travis), Tyler Scott (Kelsey) and Stephen Scott; and her great grandchildren, Lilliana Cornwell, Mya Cornwell, Nathanael Cornwell, Emmalyn Cornwell, Ellington Carpenter and Amelia Scott.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association or Alive Hospice.
