"Dick" Batts and Judy Minton Batts; his wife Kimberly Myers; his sons, William "Michael", Richard "Blake" Batts and Michael Cunningham (Sara); his siblings, Tammy Bowers (Eddie) and Tommy Batts; and his grandchildren, Camryn Faye, Brayden Michael Batts, Clara Ann and Carter Ray Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
