He is survived by: his wife Rebecca McDade; his daughters, Mallory McDade and Molly McDade; his grandchildren, Tyler McDade, Brody Nipper and Emmy Nipper; and his siblings, Pat Chapman (Ted) and Arthur "Butch" McDade Jr. (Lila).
