He is survived by: his wife Marian Clagett of Franklin, TN; his daughter Adrienne Clagett of Nashville, TN; his pets, Thelma, Louise (Lulu), Hitchens and Buckley; his caregivers, Arosa, Rhonda, Kim, Tela, Sandra McCall, Audra, Andrea and Cottonwood; Don.
In lieu of flowers, Don requested donations be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation and the Friends of MACC- Davidson County.
