She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Tenzel and Dr. Pauline Tenzel; her brother Dr. Richard Tenzel; and her husband Gerald Fleischer. She is survived by: her children, Jack (Daniella) and Sherrie Davidson; her grandchildren, Anya Davidson, Adam Fleischer (Laura), Matthew Fleischer (Rachel) and Rachel Fleischer; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Emilia, Halle, Ford, Lily and Ari Fleischer; and her caregivers, Derri Breedlove, Stefanie Hamones and Felicia.
