He is survived by: his spouse Frankie Mullins Collins; his daughters, Sherry Lollar, Frieda Ellis (David), Marlena Parrish and Christi Fry; and his grandchildren, Michael Jason, Carrie, Joshua, Randy Wayne, Maryann, Shannon, David J., Mitchell, Bryan, Sam, Joseph, Chelsea, Charis and Cassidy. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
