She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Ladd and Frances Elizabeth Walker; her daughter Leslie (Herbert Fields); and her sisters, Donna Woodard, Caroline Stewart and Vickie Warrick.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie York and Terry York (Lisa); her grandchildren, Christopher, Steven, Justin, Chase, Trevor, Katie, Courtney, Cory and Daryes; her great grandchildren, Evan, Mariah, Bella, Mason, Freddy, Riker, Ava, Braxton, Nevaeh and Jayli; and her siblings, Darrell, Kenny, Johnny, Jackie, Bo, David "Fat Daddy", Betty Lou, Cheryl, Norma Jean and Ernest. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
