We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 88, Estella Ford Saunders (Nashville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Lucas Ford and Lewis Ford; her brother Arnold Lucas; her grandsons, Kevin Scott and William Williams; and her nephew Guy C. Ford.
She is survived by: her husband David W. Saunders; her sons, Kevin G. Williams (Samatha) and Lewis Williams (Ricco); her stepson David W. Saunders, Jr.; her siblings, D. Van Ford Jemison and Lloyd Ford (Ella); her granddaughter Linda Miller (LeSean); her great grandchildren, Amari Williams, Journee Miller, William, Lewis Williams, Carlyle, Carlyse Esaw, Rodney, Taylor Clemons and Dahnique Frey; her siblings' children, Joy A. Ford, Troy C. Ford, Lloyd, Lance Ford and Arnold Lucas, Jr.; and her close friends, Jonella Work of Cheryle Washington, G. G, Stewart, Janet Dotson, Wonda Kee, Katherine Pulley and Tom Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Terrell Broady Funeral Home, Inc. (3855 Clarksville Pike, Nashville, TN 37218). Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greater Revelations Missionary Baptist Church (1027 12th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery North (1248 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
