The memory of Florence Wittenstein of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2026 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wittenstein and Fanny Wittenstein; her husband Rudy Saperstein; her birth mother Faye Wittenstein; and her sister Rosalyn Greenfield.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Cohen (Pam), Lee Cohen (Deborah), Jay Cohen (Wyndi) and Lisa Cohen; her grandchildren, Callie Cohen, Alan Cohen (Alexandra) and Rachel Cohen; her brother Joe Wittenstein (Linda); her nephews, Edwin, Harrell, David Wittenstein and Michael Greenfield; and her niece Vicki Stine (Emerson). She is also survived by grand-dogs and cats.
