She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa McClendon and Edithe Pauline McClendon-Rayburn; her children, Vicki Ray and Scott Allen MacKay; her siblings, Harold Edwin McClendon and Barbara Ann Knight; and her grandson Doug Thrasher.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Thrasher (Ray); her sister Deborah Thompson (Mike); her grandchildren, Amber, Garrett, Ashley and Jason; and her close friend Calvin Potts. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
