We announce the death of Frank Bryan Harbison (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 64. Frank will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee Harbison and Nancy Carol Harbison; and his grandparents, Brian, Della Harbison, Frank, Mazie Dabbs and Samuel Howell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brooke Gidzinski (Brian), Winter Wilson (Dylan) and Annalee Harbison; his grandson Jetson; his wife Abegail; his mother-in-law Irene Artisuela; his sisters, Lea Ann Scurlock (Harbison) and Nancy "Jodi" Felton (Harbison); and his nieces and nephews, Roxie Felton, Katie Scurlock, Asher Felton and Keegan Scurlock. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 2:45 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nashville National Cemetery (1420 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115).
In honor of Frank's life and service, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to three specific causes that support our military community and frontline heroes. Contributions can be directed to Operation Support Our Troops, which sends care packages to deployed service members and supports military families; Valor Service Dogs, which trains and pairs PTSD and mobility assistance dogs with wounded post-9/11 veterans; or to local veteran groups and first responder services that provide direct care and support within the local community.
